1. Guiding & Booking Terms

Requests & Confirmation By submitting a booking request via our contact form, you are inquiring about a guiding trip. A booking is only officially confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from guide Duncan Carter. No advance payment or deposit is required; we operate on mutual trust. Please note: to arrange the mandatory Swedish fishing license (fiskekort) for your trip, you will be required to provide the full official names and details of all participants upon confirmation.

Payment Methods & Trip Duration Payment takes place on board via our mobile card reader before departure. We accept all major debit and credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard), as well as contactless payment options. Please note: we are a 100% cashless business and do not accept cash payments. Once the trip has started, the full booked duration must be paid. If you decide to end the trip earlier than planned on your own initiative, no refunds or discounts will be given.

Cancellation Policy Since we do not charge an advance deposit, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible (at least 48 hours in advance) if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the date to other fishermen.

Weather & Safety Your safety is our absolute priority. Trips take place rain or shine. However, in the event of extreme weather (such as severe storms, lightning, or unsafe water conditions), the guide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. We evaluate the weather conditions 24 hours before departure. If a trip must be cancelled or rescheduled by the guide due to safety reasons, no costs will be charged.

Catch Guarantee & Adventure We always do our absolute best to put you on the fish, but in sportfishing, the fish ultimately determine the rules. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or discounts in the rare event that no fish are caught. However, we do guarantee that you will go home with a great adventure, beautiful memories, and fishing skills for life!

2. On Board Rules & Equipment

Safety, Alcohol & Drugs Wearing a life jacket (provided by us) is mandatory for everyone on board while the boat is in motion. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on board at all times.

Equipment Care (Boat & Bellyboat) High-quality fishing gear, bellyboats, and waders are provided. Clients are expected to handle all equipment with care. Any damage to the boat, bellyboat, waders (e.g., punctures), or fishing gear caused by negligence or reckless behavior will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Children & Age Limits

• Minimum age: Children are welcome on the boat from the age of 12, provided they can swim.

• Life jacket rule: For children up to 15 years old, wearing a life jacket is mandatory at all times during the entire trip (both while moving and fishing).

• Trip recommendation: For children between 12 and 15 years old, we highly recommend booking a 4-hour trip (Half Day) for the best experience.

• Bellyboat fishing: For bellyboat fishing, the strict minimum age is 16 years old.

• Minors (under 18): For minors under the age of 18 who are booking a trip without a parent present, parental consent is required. The guide acts as the responsible adult on board.

Personal Belongings Naturligtfiske is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (such as phones, cameras, or sunglasses) during the trip.

Photos & Media Use During our trips, we love to take photos and videos of your catches and adventures. Naturligtfiske reserves the right to use these media materials for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels. If you prefer not to have your photos published, please inform the guide before the start of the trip, and we will absolutely respect your privacy.

3. Food, Hygiene & Allergies (Lunch & Fika)

Food Safety & Hygiene We take great pride in serving fresh food, local snacks, and drinks during our trips. All food is stored in temperature-controlled coolers and handled according to strict hygiene standards to ensure freshness.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements It is the sole responsibility of the client to inform the guide of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before the trip. Naturligtfiske cannot be held liable for allergic reactions if dietary requirements were not communicated in advance.

4. General Website Terms & Conditions
